The patient portal allows you to do the following:
- Schedule your own appointments 24/7.
- Complete consent forms.
- Make payments.
- Receive reminders regarding your appointment details.
- Look up lab results and medical information.
- Upload medical records.
Telehealth Video and Secure Messaging
Click on the button below to set up a Spruce profile and download the Spruce app on your phone or computer to do the following:
- Securely send text messages through the app to stay in contact throughout your treatment.
- Conduct HIPAA compliant visits by video. This is how we conduct the telehealth visits. Make sure to have a reliable internet connection.
